GARBAGE is expected to be Separated and can only be disposed of in the Ways, Times and Days established by the Municipality. The Accommodation must be vacated from garbage upon check out. Fines and Disposal and Cleaning Costs will be charged to Guests.
9. Please promptly notify Carlo's staff of any breakages, deficiencies, involuntary damage or poor service to the accommodation or organization
10. The lessor reserves the right to visit the property during the day, subject to adequate notice to the Tenant.
