Rules

1. The SHORT-TERM RENTAL is granted exclusively for tourist purposes for the agreed period and until 10:00 am on the day of the scheduled departure;

5. ENTRY into the accommodation is SUBJECT to compliance with the number and quality of the booked Guests (children are children under 12 years of age), to the delivery of the DOCUMENTS of ALL guests (Mandatory registration of Guests at the Police Headquarters, it is recommended to complete the check in online) and to the payment of the TOURIST TAX;

6. NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES, compliance with the CONDOMINIUM Rules, NO ANIMALS unless expressly agreed;

7. ADDITIONAL SERVICES, such as late Check in, late or early Check out, Parking, Swimming Pool or Beach, are not included in the rental of the accommodation. For availability and costs, contact Carlo's in advance;

8. CHECK OUT: is scheduled by 10.00 and must be agreed with Carlo's the day before departure. Guests must leave the house tidy with dishes washed and put away. GARBAGE is expected to be Separated and can only be disposed of in the Ways, Times and Days established by the Municipality. The Accommodation must be vacated from garbage upon check out. Fines and Disposal and Cleaning Costs will be charged to Guests.

9. Please promptly notify Carlo's staff of any breakages, deficiencies, involuntary damage or poor service to the accommodation or organization

10. The lessor reserves the right to visit the property during the day, subject to adequate notice to the Tenant.
