House rules

The short-term rental is granted exclusively for tourist purposes for up to 30 days and the relative payment of the fee presupposes the complete acceptance of the economic contents and of the House Rules reported here:

1. The rental contract is stipulated at the economic conditions defined in the booking which is an integral part of it, for the agreed period and until 10.00 am on the day of the scheduled departure, it will cease without the need for any cancellation;

2. Every guest, even a child, who occupies a bed must be declared; if you wish to occupy a double bed with only one guest, you must communicate this when booking; in the absence of communication the double beds will be prepared for 2 guests.

3. CHECK IN IN PRESENCE:

3a. the ordinary opening hours are between 3.00 pm and 7.00 pm and will be carried out in person for the welcome, the delivery of the keys and information for the management of the house and for the separate disposal of waste.

3b. It is necessary to book the CHECK IN time by the day before arrival. Contact the number provided in the reservation. For those who have not booked, we recommend that you communicate your arrival at least one hour in advance and check in will still take place according to priorities and availability.

3c. For arrivals scheduled after 7.00 pm, contact Carlo's to agree on the possibility and costs for the extra service (€10 / hour or fraction from 7.30 pm).

4. CHECK IN BY YOURSELF:

4a. If self check-in is available, it is necessary to send in advance both a copy of the documents of all guests and the payment of the tourist tax using the online registration.

4b. the provision of access codes to the accommodation is subject to the provisions of point 4a. 5. and 6.

5. The Public Security law provides for the mandatory registration of ALL Guests; it is necessary to provide copies of the identity documents of ALL members of the Group; it is advisable to fill in the online check in offered by Carlo's with the requested data;

6. The municipal tourist tax is required according to municipal regulations if not already paid through the OTA. It must be paid in cash upon arrival;

7. With the exception of Airbnb bookings, it is possible to request the sum of €200 (two hundred euros) in cash upon arrival, as a security deposit for any damage or shortages to the accommodation. This sum will be returned at check out after checks.

8. The garage or a reserved parking space, unless expressly declared, is not available at the accommodation. For possible rental on site, request location, availability and costs from Carlo's.

9. Additional services, where present, such as access to the swimming pool or the beaches, are not included in the rental of the accommodation unless explicitly stated, have seasonal characteristics and, for the opening period and related costs, contact Carlo's in advance;

10. NO Smoking, NO Parties, NO Animals unless expressly agreed and compliance with the Rules of the Condominium and civil life; 11. CHECK OUT:

11a. The time must be agreed with Carlo's the day before departure. It is normally between 07.30 and 10.00.

11b. Guests must leave the house tidy with dishes washed and put away and take care of disposing of rubbish. We trust in the education of the Guests to avoid disservices to the staff and the charging of extra services to the Guests (€10 for each type of unsorted and/or unsorted rubbish and dishes to be washed).

11c. Please promptly notify Carlo's staff of any breakages, deficiencies, involuntary damages or disservices to the accommodation or organization so that any inconvenience can be resolved.

12. Consult the safety instructions for your accommodation, those for the use of electrical and gas utilities, the manuals for the main equipment and the Tourist and Event Information. You will find everything in the advertisement, in the correspondence and in the folder in the accommodation.

13. The landlord has the right to visit the property during daylight hours, subject to adequate notice to the Tenant.
